A starfish has five legs and is thirty centemeters across. They are orange with white small bones all over their body. A starfish have a mouth in the middle of their body.

Starfish live in sandy and rocky seabeads down to around twenty five meters. Some live in Mediterranean and surrounding waters such as very deep waters.

The starfish sucks in from the middle of its body then lets go and that brings him farther than an inch. It does more than that like spinning or crawling smoothly or slowly.

All starfish eat dead mollusks. Some eat coral off the ground by sucking it in. They are carnivourous.

The very first thing we did was take turns saying what kind of animal lives in a aquarium. The next thing we did was go around and say what we really need in the dance. After that, we got to choose what animal we wanted to be in the dance. Fourth, we listened to the music to see if it was calm or fast. The next day or so Ms. Shumake showed us some costumes. Then asked us if we liked them. Next she asked us if we had any ideas and/or thoughts about costumes. We had got a lot of ideas really quick. Sixth, we started working on choreographing the movement for this dance. We soon finished the dance but we still have some parts to work on.

I am a starfish, I think I am going to have a orange outfit that would possibly be pointy. Their would be an orange sleeve or a glove. But the costume doesn't have to be orange, it could be orangish red. Or just red. It also does not have to be fuzzy. But I do not want my costume to be itchy. Because I don't want to be scratching myself on stage. What my costume has to do about my animal is that starfish are orange or red or mixed. Starfish have 5 pointy sides. Butsome starfish have 6 pointy sides. Plus starfish are not itchy.
